First, cast your mind back to President Biden's campaign. He stated, to the news media, that if elected President, he wanted the asylum seekers to surge to the border, and the US would let them in.

During his first days in office, President Biden did what he could to reverse all the Trump Administration policies regarding our southern border (actually, all of them).

The predictable result is that immagrants rushed to the border in droves. The number of people crossing the border illegally has skyrocketed. Our facilities are overwhelmed. Even by President Obama's definition it is a crisis.

So on the news last night Vice President Harris, speaking on camera, stated that the Biden Administration inherited the problem from the Trump Administration. Frankly, I don't see how she managed to not fall down laughing histerically when she said that!
